How can I install a RenPy game like this one?

PC (Windows):

Does version V 0.08 (Also called Season 1) include all the content of the other versions? Or do I have to download each one?

V 0.08, also called Season 1 includes all the content from V 0.01 to V 0.08 and adds extras like languages, just download version V 0.08 (Season 1) and you will have all the content.

However you have to take into account that when season 2 is released, it will be completely independent from season 1.
